You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered account on the p222 platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, p222 will close all duplicate accounts, and any balances held across those accounts may be consolidated, reduced, or forfeited at p222's sole discretion in accordance with applicable procedures.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. p222 will never request your password. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed authorized by you unless you have notified p222 support immediately upon discovering unauthorized access. You agree to notify p222 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
You may request closure of your p222 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or the registered email address. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered Philippine payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification and any pending withdrawal conditions.
p222 is required by applicable gaming regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations to verify the identity of its Players. You agree to provide any and all documentation requested by p222 for the purpose of identity verification, including but not limited to:
p222 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality pending the completion of KYC verification. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation in the KYC process constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Deposits to your p222 account are accepted via the Philippine payment methods listed on the Cashier page, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, and GrabPay. Minimum deposit amounts are as indicated on the Cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. p222 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person will be rejected or returned, and the associated account may be subject to review.
p222 is not responsible for any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with deposits. Deposit processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya deposits are generally credited to your p222 balance immediately upon confirmation of the transaction.
Currency: All transactions on p222 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). There are no currency conversion fees for Philippine-based payment methods.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the Cashier section of the p222 platform at any time. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as indicated on the Cashier page. All withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method registered in your name and on record with p222.
Before a withdrawal request can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
p222 targets a withdrawal processing time of five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts in good standing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. p222 does not guarantee specific processing times and will not be liable for delays attributable to payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section. Higher withdrawal limits may apply to VIP account holders. p222 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds.
p222 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, which are published on the p222 Promotions page and constitute part of this Agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be staked on qualifying games before any associated funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.
p222 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where p222 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting wagering requirement structures with minimal risk strategies, collusion with other Players, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or any other conduct designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.
Bonuses at p222 are optional. Players who prefer to deposit and play without bonus conditions may opt out of promotional offers at the Cashier. Once a bonus has been accepted and credited, it cannot be reversed unless p222 identifies abuse or a violation of these Terms.

Digital games (slots, video poker, virtual table games) use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. p222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon termination for breach, p222 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in the account. Real-money deposits that are verified as the Player's own funds and not subject to any fraud investigation will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after applicable deductions and any required regulatory holds have been resolved.

p222 will use your personal data only for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with regulatory obligations, and communicating with you in relation to your account and promotions (subject to your marketing preferences). p222 will not sell your personal data to third parties for independent marketing purposes.
KYC documentation submitted by Players is retained by p222 in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements and the timelines specified in the Privacy Policy.
All content on the p222 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to p222 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your continued use of the p222 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.3 of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and the gaming regulatory framework under which p222 operates.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the p222 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through p222's internal complaints process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within a reasonable period, the matter may be referred to the relevant gaming regulatory authority for adjudication in accordance with applicable procedures.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
